Shenandoah Sips Sponsorships

Belle Grove will host Shenandoah Sips, a celebration of the finest wines, spirits, ciders, and other fine beverages crafted by our talented local producers right here in Virginia! Belle Grove, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and this event raises significant funds for its preservation and education programs. 

It will be held on Saturday, August 29, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. on the beautiful property with sweeping mountain views. The event will feature regional wineries, cideries, meaderies, and distilleries offering tastings. It will also include food trucks, artisan vendors, live music by Dan James Band and Low Water Bridge Band and tours of the historic Manor House.  New this year will be a curated Chef’s Market with the energy of European food hall and produce vendors highlighting local chefs and farms. Tasting tickets include a commemorative glass and will be $35 in advance and $40 at the gate. Sober Sip passes are $20 for those under 21 or not wishing to do tastings.

The festival is the perfect way to market your business to discerning consumers. In recent years it has attracted more than 1,000 visitors. 

Sponsorships of Belle Grove’s events are tax-deductible, except for ticket values, and acknowledgement letters will be sent for tax purposes. Belle Grove appreciates the generosity of our sponsors and is committed to ensuring that their brands and messages are maximized through this event. Sponsorship Levels

$100 sponsorship comes with two complimentary tasting tickets (an $80 value), acknowledgment in the event press release and the placement of the sponsor's logo on Belle Grove’s website.

$250 sponsorship comes with four complimentary tasting tickets (a $160 value), acknowledgment in the event press release and the placement of the sponsor's logo on Belle Grove’s website and program. The sponsor may also have a vendor spot to promote their business. 

$500 entertainment sponsorship comes with eight complimentary tasting tickets (a $320 value), placement of the sponsor's logo on Belle Grove’s website, program, and poster and acknowledgment in the event press release, and verbally during each musical performance. The sponsor may also have a vendor spot to promote their business. We are seeking four sponsors at this level.

$1,000 sponsorship comes with fifteen complimentary tickets (a $600 value), placement of the sponsor’s logo on Belle Grove’s website, program, poster and acknowledgment in the event press release, radio advertisements, and verbally during each musical performance. The sponsor may also have a vendor spot to promote their business.
